Frank McGowan - Executive Producer/Creative Director/CEO

Frank is co-founder and CEO of Bad Pony Media Group, and executive in charge of production of a number of projects and productions for television and multi-platform. As well as his work with Bad Pony Media, he is an accomplished film director, music video producer, entrepreneur, community leader, editor and musician. His favourite genre of music is rock, and his passion is classic television shows from the 1950's - 1990's, and horror cinema, including films such as 'Night of the Living Dead' by George A. Romero.  His favourite film of all time is Ghostbusters II, and his favourite TV show is The Munsters Today, the 80s revival of classic 1964 TV sitcom 'The Munsters'. Michelle - Executive Producer/Co-Founder

Michelle is co-founder of Bad Pony Media Group, and an accomplished writer, producer and published author, with her work including acclaimed TV drama series Ninety Eight Percent, comedy Idiots' Guide to Becoming a Film Maker, and powerful gothic horror novel Evil Is... - part of the 'evil series' published by Olympia Books London. Michelle began her creative journey in 2008, and is also front-woman for Scottish female fronted indie-rock band Eric and the Bunny Boilers. Her favourite genre of music is rock, and she enjoys spending time with friends in Glasgow, as well as working on new ideas for creative content, including poetry, spoken word and short stories. Stephen Alexander - Executive Assistant

Stephen grew up in Hastings and moved back to Glasgow after studying hospitality management. His passions include film, media, television and celebrity news - and he has been nominated for the Young Scot of the Year Award in 2021 and 2022 for his writing of fiction and poetry.

He began working for Bad Pony Media in 2019, and re-joined the ream again in 2023. Living between New York and Glasgow, he works virtually for the production team co-ordinating an eclectic genre of productions from series drama to factual entertainment.

Diana van Winjgaarden - Associate Producer

Diana is a multi-award-winning international screen-writer, journalist, producer and media professional. Hailing from the Nethelands, her latest projects include "A Miners Canary", set in North Glasgow, as well as a selection of titles for film-maker Ben Flores. She has won a recent honourable mention from the Big Apple Film Festival, as well as critical acclaim for her work in young adult fiction.
